We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join the Site Leadership Team at our innovative Belfast bakery – a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG environment where you’ll have the chance to make a real impact. You will lead a team across Manufacturing, Technical and Despatch (Warehouse).

Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced, results-driven manufacturing / engineering environment.
- Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) – desirable but not essential.
- A strong, strategic thinker with excellent project management and communication skills.
- A motivating leader who builds high-performing teams and promotes accountability and excellence.
