We are looking for a commercially astute, operationally excellent, and creatively driven Senior Account Director.
You will oversee a team of Account Directors, Managers, and Executives, ensuring operational excellence, creative impact, and client satisfaction across all campaigns.
This role is ideal for a senior leader who can bridge strategy and execution - translating client objectives into actionable plans, while ensuring the team delivers award-winning, social-first and influencer campaigns. You will be responsible for client success, campaign performance, team development, and commercial growth, acting as a key partner to the Business Director/s in driving the overall health and expansion of the client hub.
