A leading M&E contractor in London is seeking a Mechanical Project Director to manage major mechanical packages on projects worth over £10M. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the M&E sector, demonstrating success in large-scale project delivery and strong leadership skills. Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in mechanical project delivery within M&E contracting.
- Proven success managing large-scale (£10M+) projects.
- Experience in Commercial, Laboratory, or Data Centre sectors (2+ preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant H&S certifications.

- 10+ years' experience in mechanical project delivery within M&E contracting

- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (or equivalent)
