We are looking for a Senior Insight Manager to join a well-known client-side company who owns some of the world’s most recognizable and loved food brands. Their portfolio is a powerhouse of market-leading names that consumers trust.

Location: Berkshire
Salary: Up to £80,000 + bonus
Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office

What You’ll Do:

As Senior Insight Manager, you’ll act as the go-to expert for consumer and shopper insights, working across the entire product portfolio. You’ll:

1. Lead Insight Development: Define the insight agenda, identifying knowledge gaps and opportunities to drive strategy.
2. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Marketing, Commercial, and Innovation teams to influence brand positioning, shopper strategies, and product launches.
3. Deliver Actionable Insights: Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for brand growth and innovation.
4. Support NPD & Innovation: Ensure consumer insights drive the development of new products and marketing strategies.

What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for someone with a strategic mindset, a creative edge, and the ability to influence at the highest level. You should have:

1. 8+ years’ experience in consumer insights, with exposure to both client-side and agency environments.
2. Experience with brand research, innovation and shopper, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.
3. Familiarity with both ad hoc and continuous research methodologies.
4. Stakeholder management expertise
