Job summary
A family-owned housing developer is seeking an experienced Estimator for their Lincoln office. This role involves delivering accurate tendering for projects up to £10m, overseeing tenders, and managing risk and budgets. The ideal candidate will have experience with Social Housing Contracts and strong communication skills. A competitive salary of up to £60,000 with additional benefits like a car allowance and yearly bonus is offered.

Responsibilities
- Oversee Traditional and Design & Build tenders.
- Appraise tender documents and prepare subcontract and material inquiries.
- Produce detailed and measured bills of quantities.
- Manage risk and value.
- Prepare budgets, estimates, and cost plans.
- Conduct internal tender adjudications and external client presentations.

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a family-owned, growing new build housing developer and maintenance contractor, who are currently on the look out for an Estimator to join them on a permanent basis out of their Lincoln based office. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for delivering a competitive and accurate tendering function for projects up to £10m.
