Lead Developer / Technical Lead (C# / .Net) - Sheffield - New Role! (REF50)

A market leading organisatin in the healthtech space requires a Software Development Lead / Manager to joins its growing and successful team!

Suitable candidates will have the folloiwng experience :

• Strong commercial experience in software development using C# .NET, coupled with circa 2 years experience in a leadership / managment role.
• Experience leading technical decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the abilities to convey concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable with git version control.
• Process driven.
• Flexible approach and positive attitude.
• Experience with at least two of the following requirements :
• ORM (NHibernate, Entity Framework, etc.)
• SQL Server or other relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• DevExpress components. Desirable
• Familiar with developer tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
