Introduction

We are proud to be partnering with a respected, medium-sized housing developer known for delivering high-quality residential projects across the region. With a strong pipeline of new developments and an expanding commercial team, they are looking to appoint a motivated Trainee or Assistant Buyer to support procurement activities across their growing portfolio.

Key Duties
  • Assist with the procurement of materials and subcontract services for residential development projects.

  • Issue enquiries, evaluate quotations, and prepare comparisons.

  • Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.

  • Build relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on outstanding orders.

  • Support the buying team with administrative and coordination tasks.

  • Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and supplier negotiations.

Requirements
