As we continue to expand rapidly, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Design Manager to join our creative team. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of our clients and our agency, delivering high-impact design work that supports sponsorship, partnership, and commercial strategies. • Working on behalf of a variety of clients to drive sponsorship sales.
• Lead the creation and delivery of high-quality graphic design and presentation materials across client and internal projects.
• Develop compelling visual assets for sponsorship proposals, partnership decks, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with commercial and strategy teams to ensure design aligns with brand objectives and storytelling.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for both Red Tiger Marketing and our clients.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Translate complex commercial concepts into visually engaging formats.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our creative output remains cutting-edge.
• Support new business efforts with visually impactful pitch materials and mock-ups.
• Liaise with external partners, printers, and freelancers as needed to deliver final assets.

• 4+ years of experience in a design role, ideally within a sports, marketing, or agency environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic and presentation design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).
• Experience designing for sponsorship and partnership materials is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
