We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our growing team in Warrington. With our commitment to quality and innovation, we deliver exceptional solutions in the building and construction industry.

Location: Warrington
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Competitive - Dependent on experience
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (7:30am - 4:30pm) Friday (7:30am - 3:30pm)

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the design process for roofing and cladding projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings and technical documentation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the design team, fostering creativity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Stay informed on emerging trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation.

What We’re Looking For
