The role involves overseeing timely delivery of design information and supporting the design team through various project stages. Ideal candidates will have Tier 1 contractor experience, a degree in a construction-related discipline, and strong commercial awareness. The salary range is £85K - £90K plus packages based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing design consultants and sub-contractors.
• Understanding of different client procurement routes.
• Experience working at the pre-construction stage.

Responsibilities

• Manage design consultants and sub consultants for timely delivery of design.
• Input into the selection of the design team.
• Chair and minute design meetings.
