- Assist in overseeing daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.

- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Step in as acting manager when needed.
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, or Team Leader in hospitality (restaurant experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
