Job summaryApplications are invited for a Clinical Fellow in Rheumatology at The Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, Royal United Hospitals Foundation Trust in Bath. The position is for a WTE (full-time) Clinical Fellow. The post will be for a duration of one year (fixed term) to commence 6th August 2025. Applicants must be fully registered with the GMC and have a licence to practice. Applicants must have completed a foundation training programme (or equivalent) and have at least 2 years' experience working in general medical specialties. Prior Rheumatology experience is preferable but not essential.

Person SpecificationEducation, Qualification and TrainingEssential- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
- Must have or be able to register and hold license to practice with the General Medicine Council (GMC)
- If, where the applicant is applying from, PLAB is necessary, applicants must have parts 1 and 2 or be exempt
DesirableExperienceEssential- Previous experience in General Medicine
- Previous teaching experience
- Demonstrates knowledge of evidence informed practice
- Demonstrates an understanding of clinical governance
Desirable- Previous experience in Rheumatology
- Experience in joint injection
