- Liaise with engineers in the field daily, booking appointments
- Administrative tasks such as invoicing and uploading documentation
- Record information on an in house scheduling system
- Over and phone communication with tenants and homeowners
- Excellent customer service and admin experience
- Experience in social housing
- Background in repairs and maintenance
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Full-time permanent position
- Office-based role with on-site parking
- Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times
