- Advise clients on how to unlock value from land and property.
- Guide major planning applications through the system, handle appeals, and help shape early-stage strategy on complex sites.
- Contribute to value-added solutions and have a voice at the table, going beyond routine reporting.
- Collaborate with private landowners, major housebuilders, logistics and commercial developers, housing associations, and other clients.
- Town planner with consultancy experience, or from a public sector background looking to move into the private sector.
- Commercially minded, client-focused, and ready to get involved in active delivery.
- Early responsibility with opportunities to build relationships and establish a market reputation.
- Open to hybrid working and based in or able to commute to central Edinburgh.
