Job summary

A town planning consultancy is seeking a Town Planner based in Birmingham with strategic land experience. The role involves managing planning applications, advising clients on local policies, and attending Planning committee meetings. A degree in Town Planning and experience in strategic land are preferred. The Role

We are seeking a Town Planner or a Senior Town Planner with strategic land experience in the Birmingham area. This town planning position is with a town planning consultancy with multiple offices across the UK. As the successful Town Planner you’ll be working on site promotion, planning applications and appeals on a wide variety of projects.

The Company

This company is a town planning consultancy with multiple offices across the UK working with public and private sector clients on various projects in sectors such as retail, leisure, residential, regeneration and strategic land. Currently there are 50 people in business and they are continuing to grow the team across all offices.
