VANRATH are thrilled to be assisting an industry leading Facilities Management company in Warrenpoint with the recruitment of a Senior Planner to join their expanding team. This is a Monday - Friday position (Full Time) - Permanent position. Compensation & Benefits:

- Coordinate all planned cyclical maintenance programs.
- Prepare and deliver internal and external weekly/monthly client reports.
- Allocate resources for daily, weekly, and monthly planned works.
- Liaise professionally with clients and supply chain, ensuring clear communication.
- Monitor and manage KPIs to meet internal and client expectations.
- Support with claims, variations, and general queries.
- Assist the Commercial Manager with supplier and subcontractor procurement.
- Work with your team to produce accurate cost-value analyses.
- Adhere to data protection policies.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Comply with all health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Promptly report any health & safety incidents or concerns.
- Ensure all risk assessments and safe systems of work are read, signed, and followed.
- Follow manual handling guidelines.
Essential:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Third-level qualification
- Experience in compliance or planning management
- Proven senior-level client relationship management
