Your responsibilities will include planning finished goods production, material planning, or working within the long-term planning team. Your specific role within our Supply Planning organization will depend on current openings and the outcome of the interview assessment. You will be responsible for production planning of SKUs on specific manufacturing assets, conducting mid- and long-term planning through to finite scheduling. Collaboration with plant operations, suppliers, and demand teams will be essential to ensure smooth information flow and operational execution.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Develop short- and long-term supply chain plans for both internal and external production items
• Meet KPIs such as customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction
• Perform root-cause analysis for continuous planning improvements
• Maintain system data integrity for supply planning
• Deliver master and detailed schedules, long-range plans, and material requirement plans using system tools
• Support planning improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, inventory management, and waste reduction

What you will bring

A desire to advance your career and the following experience and skills:

• Experience in FMCG/CPG, preferably in food or fast-moving, shelf-life-sensitive industries
• Experience in an IBP/S&OP environment
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills
• Team-oriented mindset with daily collaboration across functions

Experience

Operational management experience in supply and demand planning, ideally in an international setting. Experience with Integrated Business Planning is preferred. FMCG experience is also preferred.

Languages

Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in any other European language is a plus.

The role operates within a regional business model managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
