Job description
Overview

The role is based in haematology and blood transfusion at GEH. There is an expectation to rotate to other sites when required.

The role involves issuing high quality blood results for haematology, blood transfusion and coagulation. It will also involve reporting films and being competent in morphology. This role also involves issuing safe blood products to patients and ensuring haematology and blood transfusion quality management systems are maintained. Staff will be expected to carry out audits.
