Overview

Telemarketing Executive / Business Development Researcher for a client based in Macclesfield. This is a permanent role with excellent benefits. Salary £23,000-£25,000 DOE plus £3k bonus potential.

Role

Hybrid role combining office and home-based working. You will generate new business opportunities for clients by making outbound B2B calls, researching potential leads, and booking qualified appointments for sales teams. This is a role for someone with a passion for communication, persistence and building relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Making outbound B2B calls to prospective customers across various sectors
  • Generating qualified leads and booking appointments for client sales teams
  • Conducting business research to identify new opportunities and decision-makers
  • Maintaining accurate records and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Working towards achievable call and conversion targets
  • Building strong relationships with clients through clear and professional communication
Working pattern

Hybrid - Office based in Macclesfield (2 days a week at home and 3 days in the office). Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm, Friday 8.30am-1.00pm (36.5 hours per week).

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Previous experience in B2B telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Confident, proactive, and target-driven attitude
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
