Procurement Manager – Vending

Location: Reading (Hybrid, with at least 3 days in-office per week)

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

A dynamic & fast-paced company is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee their vending category and play a strategic role in sourcing across various vending disciplines. This newly created position offers the chance for future progression and line management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the vending category, driving growth and optimising spend.
• Develop and execute category strategies that deliver strategic value and purchasing income.
• Manage and support complex tender processes, leveraging cross-category insights.
• Oversee contract management and supplier performance evaluations.
• Build strong relationships with national and international suppliers.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, particularly in data protection.
• Cultivate strong relationships with business stakeholders and influence procurement strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Multiple years of procurement experience, with a solid understanding of vending.
• Expertise in category management and strategic sourcing.
• Excellent communication skills to influence key business stakeholders.
