Job description
Role Overview

Our client is seeking a high-energy, proactive Marketing Executive to play a pivotal operational role in bringing their UK marketing strategy to life. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven marketer who loves transforming complex ideas into clear, compelling content - and who thrives on enabling sales teams with the tools they need to succeed.

The Role

The Marketing Executive will act as the essential link between marketing and the UK Sales team, ensuring brand visibility, lead generation, and consistent messaging across all UK-facing activities. They will:

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for the UK Sales team, supporting quarterly objectives and client-focused needs.

  • Develop, localise, and maintain high-impact sales collateral including product presentations, technical sheets, competitor comparisons, and case studies.

  • Execute UK-specific campaigns across email, social media, direct mail, and other channels.

  • Coordinate customer workshops, regional events, and UK trade shows - from logistics to communications.

  • Keep UK website content updated and optimised for local relevance.

  • Manage promotional materials and product sample distribution.

  • Work with technical experts to turn complex solutions into simple, engaging content for both sales teams and customers.

  • Support the localisation of technical white papers and news releases on innovative developments.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

The successful candidate will join a highly skilled global marketing team while still enjoying significant autonomy to shape UK-level strategy. It's a superb career-building role for someone looking to develop quickly and make a real impact.

Ideal Profile

The role calls for an enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong appetite for learning. Candidates will bring:

  • The ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts quickly.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially for sales-focused content creation.

  • Strong IT skills across Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • A valid UK driving licence.

Desirable Extras

  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related technical field.

  • Experience in marketing, marketing operations, or sales support within a B2B, industrial, or technical/engineering environment.

  • Knowledge of the UK sales landscape and experience with local events and campaigns.

  • Skills in video editing, graphic design, or Power BI.

Benefits

In addition to a competitive salary commensurate with industry, our client also offers an attractive range of benefits, 25 days holiday, on site parking and hybrid working.
