Job summary
A charitable organization is seeking a Veterinary Administration Assistant to join their London team. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. You will be the first point of contact for the veterinary team, assisting with customer service and administrative tasks. This role requires an interest in the organization's mission and the ability to work under pressure. The position is full-time, based in London, with a salary of £26,650 per year plus benefits.
Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within a veterinary or related environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Interest and commitment to the work and aims of Dogs Trust.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients contacting the Vet team.
- Assist with daily monitoring of inboxes and provide excellent customer service.
- Support administration of financial aid for dog owners in need.
- Process prescriptions and maintain accurate records.
