Job description
Job Description
My client is a well-established, busy freight forwarder looking for an experienced Import Clerk to join their expanding team!
Daily duties include:
- Handling air imports from start to finish
- Monitoring ETAs of incoming shipments
- Booking shipments from pre-alerts in collaboration with the customer service team
- Completing pre-lodgements and T1 procedures
- Creating ETSF records
- Managing key accounts
- Completing customs entries
- Providing quotations
- Arranging collections and deliveries
- Liaising with airlines
Working hours:
- 4 on 4 off days, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
You MUST have previous import experience!
