Solihull Council has an exciting apprenticeship opportunity within our Connect Customer Contact Service. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing team that plays a vital role in delivering excellent services to our residents.

As an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor, you will be customer focused, flexible, an enthusiastic member of the team, and you will provide a seamless service to all customers.
