With multiple locations across London, they’re known for their excellent customer service, modern facilities, and range of additional services including office space rental and mail handling. They’re now looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join their growing team – someone who’s passionate about people, motivated by targets, and ready to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
- Achieve individual and store financial targets through excellent customer engagement.
- Handle sales enquiries effectively, providing clear advice and promoting services.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
- Maximise every opportunity to upsell or cross-sell storage and related services.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and in line with company procedures.
- Work independently at times, acting as a key holder and maintaining security standards.
- Strong written, numerical, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Self-discipline, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
- Confidence in providing product knowledge following training.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is desirable.
