• Role: Shift Manager - Production
• Location: near Heanor
• Salary: £46100 + overtime = earnings of £51000 and upwards achievable.
• Shift: 2 days / 2 nights 4 off.

Overview

As a Shift Manager, you will lead and supervise a production team on your assigned shift, ensuring operational targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with strong manufacturing experience, team management skills, and a passion for continuous improvement and coaching.

Responsibilities
