Overview

You will be managing and working alongside a team of fund administrators and accountants, reporting to an Associate Director.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of clients’ affairs within a team, incorporating the compliance requirements of the team
• Co-ordinate legal, tax and other professional advice
• Act as a higher authority on day-to-day queries and “A” level 4-eyes signatory on administration matters
• Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates are reviewed and developed
• Preparation, review, distribution and filing of periodic financial statements
• Co-ordinate billing of team’s clients

Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent)
• Extensive experience within fund administration
