Overview

Customer Sales Advisor – London. Location: Various sites across London. Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 + bonuses.

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of the UK’s leading storage provider, offering secure and flexible storage solutions for both personal and business customers. With multiple locations across London, they’re known for their excellent customer service, modern facilities, and range of additional services including office space rental and mail handling. They’re now looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join their growing team – someone who’s passionate about people, motivated by targets, and ready to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual and store financial targets through excellent customer engagement.
  • Handle sales enquiries effectively, providing clear advice and promoting services.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Maximise every opportunity to upsell or cross-sell storage and related services.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and in line with company procedures.
  • Work independently at times, acting as a key holder and maintaining security standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong written, numerical, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Self-discipline, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
  • Confidence in providing product knowledge following training.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is desirable.
  • Forklift experience (or willingness to learn) is an advantage.
