Are you an experienced claims professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Property Claims Handler to join our dynamic team. How you'll make an impact

Claims Management – Handle a caseload of property claims from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Stakeholder Engagement – Build and manage relationships with brokers, managing agents, and other stakeholders with varying needs.

Customer Service – Addresses complaints and provide empathetic support to vulnerable customers with professionalism.

Communication – Confidently manage inbound and outbound telephone calls, delivering clear and concise information.

Organisation – Effectively prioritise and manage your workload in a fast‑paced environment.

Documentation – Maintain accurate records and documentation for all claims handled.

System Use – Utilise Microsoft Office tools and claims handling systems efficiently.
