Salary: Up to 64,000 per annum

Monday to Friday 08:30 18:00 with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break, totalling 42.5 hours per week

What Youll Be Doing

As a Sales Manager, youll:

  • Maximise sales and profitability through the delivery of exceptional Maxus Van sales performance
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the Maxus Van sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Actively market and promote the Maxus Van sales operation to grow market share and brand presence
  • Support and drive the sale of both new and used Maxus Vans across the dealership
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by consistently exceeding customer expectations
  • Monitor, analyse, and manage key performance indicators including sales targets, SMMT data, composites, and enquiry conversion rates
  • Implement strategies to improve performance and address any gaps against targets
  • Drive standards and processes that contribute to achieving Dealer of the Year Award objectives
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies and procedures
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management to develop the sales team
