A family-owned care provider in Margate is seeking a Customer Relations Manager to support families in significant moments. You will manage enquiries, conduct tours, and collaborate with teams to ensure a smooth process for families seeking care. We’re looking for a dynamic, sales focused individual who can demonstrate understanding and support whilst supporting relatives who are seeking care for a loved one. You’ll be responsible for managing the enquiries process whilst developing relationships with key stakeholders and future residents to ensure that the homes achieves it’s sales target. Experience within the care sector is not a necessity but high energy, target driven and customer focused experience is.
