• Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with varying needs in different settings (including learning disability and mental health environments).
• Support service users to maintain independence and participate in daily activities as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the branch team and care colleagues to ensure high-quality care and safe practices.

• Be over the age of 18 to apply.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be a UK resident; sponsorship is not available.
• Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Have at least 6 months of prior experience in a healthcare setting.
• Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector.
• Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities.
• Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector.
