Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global team of credit risk analysts, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
  • Oversee end-to-end B2B collections activities, ensuring timely follow-up on delinquent accounts and resolution of outstanding balances
  • Utilize data to drive decision-making, track performance, and present clear insights to senior stakeholders
  • Implement and enhance credit and collections processes to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and support scalable growth
  • Manage accounts progressing beyond internal collections, including coordination with debt collection agencies, insurance partners, and legal teams
  • Ensure full adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements across all collections activity
  • Handle escalations from internal teams with professionalism and strong judgment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment
  • Contribute to cross-functional collaboration by sharing portfolio insights and helping influence product, customer experience, and operational improvements
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (5-7 years) leading collections and credit risk teams, ideally within a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of credit risk management principles and collections best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance through data analytics, dashboards, and KPI monitoring
  • Hands-on experience with external recoveries workflows including DCA management, insurance claims, and litigation processes
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, able to manage complex casework at scale
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to clearly articulate insights and influence business decisions
  • Self-starter with proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
