Responsibilities
- Review contractor reports to identify anomalies and compliance risks.
- Investigate large payments, validating amounts and documentation.
- Check compliance with tax codes, UTRs, CIS registration, and KYC/AML requirements.
- Conduct outbound calls to gather information and clarify discrepancies.
- Identify potential Modern Slavery Act risks.
- Liaise with the onboarding team to flag quality-control issues.
- Maintain complete audit trails for investigations.
- Escalate high-risk matters to senior compliance leads.
