  • Check compliance with tax codes, UTRs, CIS registration, and KYC/AML requirements.
  • Conduct outbound calls to gather information and clarify discrepancies.
  • Identify potential Modern Slavery Act risks.
  • Liaise with the onboarding team to flag quality-control issues.
  • Maintain complete audit trails for investigations.
  • Escalate high-risk matters to senior compliance leads.
