Haul is Amazon's new global selling proposition to enable our customers to access a larger selection on low-ASP products. Trustworthy Shopping Experience has created a dedicated team of 8 Risk Managers to ensure Haul products meet the highest bar of safety and compliance to earn our Customer's trust and drive authority acceptance of this innovative selling model. This team operates across the E2E process, including requirement definition, control set-up, Seller education, auditing, and remediation.
The Haul Control Policy Risk Manager plays a key role in this mission by capturing the requirements for each product type / store and assess Haul-specific risks not addressed by existing control. To do so, he will work closely with all WW Legal teams and Policy teams. You will partner with your Haul TSE peers to design solutions to mitigate Haul-specific risks and deploy them. You will also work with CN team to ensure CN partner labs adopt the right standards to test the products WW. Finally, you will work with the Central Policy team to identify opportunities to create Global Standards, so that Haul Sellers can comply globally with a single test (vs. complying with similar domestic standards across 20+ stores).
You'll will be part of a team that manages complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish and work with internal stakeholders (Legal, Tech, Ops, Business) to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks and communicate/report.

The EU Trustworthy Listings team is part of the broader EU Trustworthy Shopping Experience team. We work to ensure that all the products offered In Europe, across the various Amazon business channels, are safe for our customers and compliant with all product and food legal requirements. We also drive safety and compliance for Haul International.
