Foot Anstey is offering an exciting opportunity for a Legal Support Assistant with visa sponsorship to join our Real Estate Disputes and Farms, Estates & Rural Land teams.

In this key support role, you'll assist lawyers with administrative, operational, and transactional tasks—ensuring seamless service delivery across complex property-related cases. You’ll work on both contentious and non-contentious matters such as:

• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Easement and title issues
• Rural land transactions
• Development and general property cases

• Manage diaries, book meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Handle calls and correspondence on behalf of lawyers
• Support monthly billing, expenses, and credit control
• Open and maintain legal files including AML and ID checks
• Ensure compliance with internal protocols (Lexcel, SRA, AML regulations)
• Provide administrative support for business development and client outreach
• Assist with property transactions such as Land Registry filings and legal searches

• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new systems
