A leading energy services provider in Blackburn seeks an Asset & Compliance Manager. This full-time role involves ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and audit processes. Candidates should have 3-5 years in asset management and strong analytical skills, ideally from a healthcare background. Equans is looking for an Asset & Compliance Manager to join our team in Blackburn on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
The Compliance and Asset Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all statutory, regulatory and contract obligations, life cycle survey management (including condition surveying of identified assets), ensuring asset data integrity and record keeping and working with internal and external auditors to provide assurance of Equans’ technical standards.
Developing and implementing technical contractual performance indicators (KPI’s) compliance and a database to record all statutory, regulatory and contract maintenance visits, reviewing inspection reports to identify corrective actions and liaising with the TSMs and Head of Technical to ensure prompt completion and record keeping.
Leading internal / external audit processes, assist with collation of relevant data and documentation for SPV RBM, external consultancies, insurers and Technical Advisors, the role plays a critical part in driving data-led decision making and continuous improvement in asset and compliance management practices. You must establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and operational teams, adopt and highlight a collaborative approach to resolving issues.
Experience within a Healthcare environment is desirable.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building services engineering asset management, technical services, and facilities operations.
Good knowledge of SHTM’s and industry standards relevant to Healthcare.
Good understanding of legislative compliance requirements.
Strong understanding of CAFM systems.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI and / or other data visualisation tools.
Lead Auditor Qualification Desirable.
Role requires a DBS check.
