How you'll make an impact
  • Oversee credit risk across a global art‑secured lending portfolio.
  • Implement robust controls to mitigate valuation, market, and credit risks.
  • Ensure adherence to underwriting standards and independent review of loan opportunities.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews to detect early signs of deterioration.
  • Monitor collateral concentrations and credit events for proactive escalation.
  • Analyze macroeconomic and portfolio data to identify emerging risks.
  • Lead projects to refine risk frameworks and drive innovation.
  • Deliver timely, accurate risk reporting to stakeholders, improving transparency and governance.
  • Challenge pricing and risk assumptions with experts professionally, maintaining strong relationships while upholding underwriting standards.
  • Mentor junior staff, fostering internal expertise and a strong risk culture.
  • Partner with underwriting, legal, and sales teams to ensure alignment on risk strategy.
What you’ll bring to the team
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in credit risk management within financial services or asset‑backed lending.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to navigate complex discussions and professionally challenge senior stakeholders on risk issues.
  • Strong analytical and judgment skills with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Expertise in governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Capacity to work efficiently and effectively in high‑pressure environment. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Compensation Range

Salary: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00
