What You Need to Succeed

We are looking for university students in their penultimate year, predicted to achieve a 2:1 or equivalent in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field, who:

• Possess strong numerical and analytical skills with an aptitude for complex problem‑solving.
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail and a logical approach to work.
• Show initiative and a proactive attitude towards learning in a fast‑paced environment.
• Are proficient in Excel and interested in programming or statistical software (experience with R, Python, or VBA is a plus).
• Are fluent in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
