The role involves all aspects of the business, working on lead advisory engagements with some of the most exciting growth companies in the entertainment, marketing services, and production space. Responsibilities:

• Preparation of company marketing documents
• Manage the transaction process

• Building sector expertise
• Deal analysis
• Assist clients in strategic advisory

About You:

• The ideal candidate will have experience in M&A from a leading corporate finance boutique or accounting firm. An ACA qualification is essential, as many clients will need accounting support. A Big 4 background is desirable but not essential, as is a strong degree from a reputable university.
