Position Overview

The Benelux Corporate Finance analyst position at Deutsche Bank enables you to develop essential skills and gain experience in a challenging and dynamic environment. You will be working on the execution of live transactions, assisting in the origination of projects, and supporting senior bankers in all aspects of M&A, equity, and debt capital markets transactions. You will conduct in‑depth industry and company research to support transaction origination and execution efforts, assist in the preparation of pitch books, information memoranda and other marketing materials, and perform detailed financial analysis including valuation, merger consequences and leveraged buyout analysis. Teams usually include both Amsterdam‑ and London‑based bankers, providing you with international investment banking exposure and opportunities to collaborate effectively with deal teams across different locations.
