Ready to take the lead in a thriving residential property team? This strong Bristol based multi-office practice are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to lead their thriving Residential Conveyancing team in their Kingswood office.

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced conveyancer looking to step into a senior role with real influence. Whether you're aiming for Senior Associate or Legal Director level, you'll be supported every step of the way through a bespoke internal management programme and development academy.

The wider conveyancing department is one of the largest in Bristol, spanning multiple offices and earning consistently strong reviews across platforms like Review Solicitors and Google. You\'ll be joining a respected team with deep local roots and strong relationships with estate agents and other professionals.

• Manage your own caseload of residential property files from initial instruction to completion
• Build relationships with agents and engage in business development
• Lead the Kingswood team - running meetings, supporting staff development, and managing workflows

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Strong track record in residential property (ideally in the South West)
• Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
• IT-savvy, with experience in case management systems
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a focus on client care
