What You'll Be Doing

You'll spend time mentoring team leaders, developing procurement strategies that save both time and money, and working closely with our project management teams to ensure seamless transitions from pre-construction to delivery. You'll also be involved in strategic planning sessions with senior leadership, where your insights will help shape Ventro's future direction.

What We're Looking For

We need someone with proven leadership experience in pre-construction, procurement, or operations, ideally within fire safety, construction, or related industries. You'll bring previous experience in a similar role, with a track record of managing budgets, improving processes, and delivering results.
