Job Title: Groundworks Foreman
Job Location: Fermanagh
INFORM3 are recruiting for a Groundwork Foreman for civils/utility projects in Fermanagh. The client is a well-known as a busy Civil Engineering Contractor with a great number of years in the construction industry.
Groundworks Foreman Job Spec:
- Managing day to day running of construction site
- Working in a multi-functionary team environment
- Managing sub-contractor
- Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures
- Reporting to the Contracts Manager
- Attending meetings on a weekly basis
- Keeping track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping making note of all site activities
- Assisting with the control of equipment on site
- Maintaining quality control checks
Groundworks Foreman Job Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience in Groundworks
- Experience in main contracting
- Trades background is advantageous
- Highly organised
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Fantastic communicator
