Construction Site Manager (PAYE)

Salary: £40,000 (OTE £50,000 - £70,000) + mileage paid + performance based bonus.

Location: Lincoln.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.

• Manage day‑to‑day construction activity, contractors, scheduling, budgeting and quality control.
• Oversee project progress from start to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Ensure all regulations and standards are complied with.

Qualifications

• Site manager with a background in fitout/construction.
• Full‑time PAYE role experience.
• Industry experience, particularly in steel‑frame or commercial fit‑out projects.
• Commutable to Lincoln.
