We are seeking a Site-Based Supervisors to join our growing team in Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced supervisors, or skilled operatives looking to step up to take ownership of site productivity and ensure high standards of delivery across water and civil engineering projects.

These roles will be working on the Southern Water framework, delivering essential infrastructure upgrades across the region.

The Role

As a Site-Based Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Driving productivity across the site and ensuring works are delivered efficiently
• Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring works are completed to specification
• Attending site meetings and providing progress updates
• Supporting safe working practices and ensuring compliance with all site regulations
• Communicating effectively with teams, clients, and management

Essential

• Strong background in water works or general civils
• Experience in water dig operations, pipelaying, or similar
• Streetworks (NRSWA)
• SSSTS or SMSTS
