A leading legal firm in London is seeking a talented associate with 2-4 years of experience in construction litigation. The role involves advising on high-value disputes and working closely with senior lawyers on significant matters. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction contracts and a proactive mindset within a collaborative team environment.
Our client's market‑leading Construction & Engineering Disputes team is seeking a talented associate (2‑4 PQE) to join the dynamic and growing practice. You will work alongside some of the UK's foremost construction litigation specialists, advising on complex, high‑value disputes for clients across energy, infrastructure, real estate and transport sectors‑both domestically and internationally.
Aspects of the role will include working on a range of contentious construction and engineering matters, including adjudication, arbitration and litigation in the TCC, working closely with partners and senior lawyers on strategically significant disputes and contributing to business development and client relationship initiatives within a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
The suitable candidate will have gained between 2‑4 years' post‑qualification experience in construction litigation from a leading firm or recognised practice, have a strong grounding in construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC) and dispute resolution processes and will have a proactive, commercial mindset and enthusiasm for working as part of a global team.
