A leading investment platform in Bristol is seeking a Business Integrity & Risk Manager to enhance whistleblowing governance and oversee sensitive investigations. Responsibilities include delivering improvements to policy frameworks, managing stakeholder relationships, and conducting investigative reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, experience within financial services, and compliance or risk backgrounds. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Integrity & Risk Manager to join our Compliance team. You will be responsible for Speak Up (Whistleblowing) governance, engagement, and operations (including the management of sensitive investigations), delivering enhancements to HL's Policy Framework, and supporting on the management of Gifts & Hospitality.
This will be a two-stage interview process, consisting of competency and behavioural based questions and a task.
This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We have returned to the office, however for this role we offer a flexible working pattern.
