The COO, reporting to the Rector, will provide leadership through overseeing key support functions including Finance, Estates, Compliance and IT. Candidates will have a track record in senior financial and operational leadership with strong business and strategic planning skills. Experience in education is not essential. A collaborative style and ability to build trusted relationships across an engaged school community are essential.
